PhD from Aix-Marseille University focused on segmentation and characterization of deformations of soft tissue organs from MRI, with particular applications to neuromuscular disorders and 3D dynamic pelvic imaging, I am currently a post-doctoral researcher at the CVMR in Lausanne University Hospital working on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging.
My research activities are concentrated around computational anatomy and image processing applied to medical imaging, ranging from segmentation of soft structures to voxel comparison of different imaging modalities and follow-up sessions at the population level, e.g. detecting differences due to a specific pathology or treatment.
My courses lie predominately on computer science (algorithms and programming, python, web development...). I taught for 3 years in the Master of signal and image processing in the computer science and interactions department of Aix-Marseille University. Then I held the position of temporary research and teaching assistant at POLYTECH Marseille for one year.
